Arjun Pitchanathan, Kunwar Shaanjeet Singh Grover, Michel Weber and Tobias Grosser develop FPL, a fast new Presburger library, worked with the LLVM community to make Presburger arithmetic an integral part of the production-focused MLIR compiler framework.
